Looking for ways to help in the community? We know some students who need mentors and some neighbors who need blankets. Shout out to Public Works Director Jay McDonald , Commissioner Julie Cozad, and Fleet Services Director David Springer whose teams donated eight turkeys to the Weld Food Bank just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday (we didn’t forget you Bob O’Connor – thank you for all you and your team does for our communities!).

Our Public Works team had an unexpected visitor join them on their tour of the progress being made on the WCR 53 bridge project – our last remaining flood-repair project, which is expected to be completed in the spring of 2019.
